Warranty and Fitting Instructions

Norman Equine Designs Inc. warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase only.

WASH YOUR PRODUCT!

Perspiration, sweat and dirt will cause the fabrics to break down, wash them frequently, mark sure all Velcro is closed, zippers zipped, etc.

This will help insure your product lasting. To insure proper fit put the product on your horse. Then check for tightness in the head area, it should fit comfortably. The horse should be able to extend his head to the ground without restrictions or pulling into the eyes. If this happens you may need a different size.

Not all horses can wear hoods. Check mane area frequently to insure there is no damage to hair by having it covered.

Check your product for proper fit and construction before leaving it on your horse. If you feel that the fit is wrong or the materials and/or construction will not hold up on your horse remove at once and return it to your dealer. Please be advised that the consumer will be responsible for all damage done to this product after it has been used.

All products returned for full refund or exchange must be in new condition. Free of hair, dirt, etc. Do not wash product.

Under no circumstances will refunds be made on used products.
